Hamidah: Jurnal Ilmu Hadis is a scientific journal that focuses on the study and development of hadith science from various perspectives, both classical and contemporary. This journal serves as an academic forum for researchers, lecturers, students, and observers of hadith studies to publish research results, critical analyses, and theoretical studies relevant to the field of hadith and related sciences such as ulumul hadith, takhrij, hadith commentary, hadith understanding methodology, and the integration of hadith with other disciplines. Each published article goes through a rigorous selection process and peer review to ensure quality, originality, and its contribution to the development of hadith science. This journal is published by the Albahriah Jamiah Indonesia Foundation twice a year, namely in June and December. With this regular publication, Hamidah: Jurnal Ilmu Hadis is committed to serving as a consistent scientific space in disseminating the latest knowledge and findings in the field of hadith. In addition, this journal encourages interdisciplinary academic dialogue and provides opportunities for research collaboration among academics, educational institutions, and Islamic study centers, both at the national and international levels.

This edition of Hamidah: Jurnal Ilmu Hadis presents several articles examining various aspects of the Prophet’s hadith, ranging from textual, contextual, and methodological studies to contemporary issues in hadith studies. This edition has been available online since June 27, 2026, and reflects the strong international academic collaboration in the field of hadith studies. All articles were written by 29 authors from four continents—Asia, Africa, Australia, and Europe—and representing 17 academic affiliations from 10 countries: Indonesia, Egypt, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Australia, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Brunei Darussalam.
