Articles accepted online will be subject to the following publication fees:  

Article submission: 0.00 (free)

Authors are required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.

Article Publication: 0.00 (Rp)

Papers are accepted for publication once a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) has been received. You will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publication costs.

If you do not have the funds to pay these fees, you have the opportunity to waive any fees. We do not want fees to get in the way of publishing worthy work.
